1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tulify's services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Tulify provides a unified API platform for financial services, including but not limited to Identity Verification, Banking, and Retail integrations. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our APIs for your business operations.

3. Pricing and Subscription

Tulify operates on a Subscription-based model.

• Plans: Access to services is determined by your active subscription plan (e.g., Starter, Growth, Business).
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Usage Limits: Each plan includes a specific quota of API calls and features. Usage beyond limits may require plan upgrade.
• Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice via email or dashboard announcement.

4. API Usage and Restrictions

You agree to use the API only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the API.
• Use the API to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the API without explicit written permission.
• Exceed the rate limits associated with your account type (Standard: 100 requests/sec).

5. Data Privacy and Security

We take data security seriously. All data transmitted via our API is encrypted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and SLA

We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, services may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or unscheduled emergency maintenance. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from such downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tulify, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
